What Zynth keeps, and how to take it back.
Your data
One JSON file covering 14 areas: owner, autonomy, settings, agents, automations, calendar, coaches, connectors, customers, knowledge, memory, skills, strategies, tasks. Credentials are redacted and were never included.
What Zynth has learned about you, what superseded what, and the ability to correct or delete any of it.
Zynth stops writing memories while it is on.
It is per-session and always starts off. There is deliberately no default to set here. A stored “always off the record” would make Zynth quietly forget everything for as long as you left it on, and you would have no signal that it had — where a flag that resets on reload fails visibly, because the banner is simply gone. The toggle lives on the Memory screen, beside the thing it affects.
What Zynth stores
Zynth keeps what you tell it and what it observes you doing: memories, tasks, calendar entries, customers, documents you add, and a complete Activity record of everything it did. All of it is on this machine.
These are never stored, whatever you type
- Credentials — That looks like a credential. Zynth never stores passwords, keys, tokens or recovery phrases — put it in Connectors instead.
- Payment details — That looks like payment details. Zynth never stores card numbers, CVVs or full account numbers.
- Government identifiers — That looks like a government identifier. Zynth never stores national ID, passport or equivalent numbers.
- Third-party sensitive data — That's sensitive information about someone else. Zynth will use it in this conversation and then let it go.
- Marked off-record — You asked me not to remember that, so I haven't.
- Raw document dump — That's a document, not a memory. It belongs in Knowledge — Zynth stores the conclusion drawn from it, with a reference.
This list is read from the memory policy itself, so it cannot drift from what the write path actually refuses.
Destructive
The 0 messages in this conversation. Memories Zynth wrote from them are not touched — clear those in Memory.
Everything, permanently. This cannot be undone.
